Jean-Marc Dreyfus

Jean-Marc Dreyfus is a French historian. His PhD thesis (2000) was about Jewish-owned banks in Aryanization and restitution. Dreyfus currently works as a professor in history at Manchester University.

An agrégé in history and a PhD from the University of Paris-I Panthéon-Sorbonne, he defended his thesis, under the supervision of Antoine Prost, on 'The Economic Aryanization of Banks: The Confiscation of "Jewish" Banks in France during the Occupation and their Restitution at the Liberation, 1940-1952.'
